Looks decent? Could probably sell off the drivetrain for a significant reduction in total cost.

From the lack of description and craptacular picture, I'm gonna guess its a total turd. Of course, thats never stopped me, so go for it! Very Happy

It's either a total turd, or a diamond in the rough. Of course, pretty much all Aaron cares about is a straight body cause everything else is getting replaced, so...

That same person had an older ad up that said the picture they used wasn't the car they were selling but it "looked the same." Laughing

I did find this:

Interesting angles on the pics. Front end looks damaged, but hard to tell.

Apparently it's not getting fuel and "a soccer ball smashed into it." Rolling Eyes

Regardless, I'm going up there tomorrow morning to take a look.

Need pre-emissions car, Michael. Too bad 'cause that guy is right around here.

Went out and looked at one yesterday and one today:

http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/cto/2550764728.html
^ Rusty in weird places (big rust spot behind rear license plate, WTF? Shrug), had a lot of water in at once time, it needs fuel pump so it'd be behind the Ford coming from Renton.

http://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/cto/2550909370.html
^ Not a Berlinetta, actually runs pretty good, (a Christmas miracle!) fairly solid car, needs passenger door, needs driver fender. Has bondo in the same spot my '85Z did, but can't tell how thick. Magnet sticks to it.

*Edit: My tentative plan right now is to buy the yellow one, and sand it down. If the body is bad I'll bomb can it and put it right back on craigslist. If it's good I'll prime the bare spots and start building again.

No, no, I want a leaky t-top car because I am a crazy person.

That red one you posted is a t-top. Reshot red over white, been rearended high up, or maybe just broken into via the hatch (decklid doesn't match).

Just cause the decklid doesnt match, psh. I know people here who are to lazy to switch the metal part out when the backglass gets broken. Thats all that could be.

Like I said, it's either been hit high, or the glass was smashed. It wasn't the normal rear-end because the white paint under the red is the same white paint under the red on the rest of the car.

Don't need to tell me about lazy people. Laughing One time when I was maybe 14 I was working with my Dad on an old Chevy truck he had, he tweaked the wing window and cracked it. Instead of trying to get it out of the rusty mounting points, he just put another door on the truck. Squint
