I find the "water wonderland" Michigan plate an intresting offset to Oregon's "pacific wonderland" of the same era.

68 SS cars had black grill and blacked out headlight trim rings.

....And they didn't have an "SS 427" either, if we're going to nitpick. just a "little" 396 in '68.

I must need a bigger monitor or better eyes cause I can't see the number.. but sure can tell chrome aint black LOL. If you have a real SS the black grille aint nitpicking!
