| What's new and enjoyable out now? Currently enjoying a Widmer Hef. Nice and clean taste. Usually drink dead guy or some kind of amber, but a customer gave me this for a tip. |

| I'll have to check.. but the skamokawa store is owned by someone who enjoys beer. There's almost as many varieties as the longview safeway and price is nearly the same. |

Drinking a 21st Bitter American as I type this. I'm not the biggest fan. The bitter taste is there for sure, but it's too dry. There's nothing else to it. Like drinking vinegar or something.
I really dug that 'Allies win the war' beer I posted on last week. If you can find some of that, buy it up.
If your local store is into English beers try to get some Samuel Smith. Their oatmeal stout and porter are great. |

I'm drinking Kona Brewing's Coconut Porter right meow but last night I was all over the Wild Blue. I'd like to try Wild Red or Wild Black but haven't found it locally. _________________

Actually, I picked up a sixer of their Hell or High Watermelon last year on a road trip and it was pretty good! Have you had the Monk's Blood? _________________

| Not yet. I have to drive into town to get it. The local place only carries Brew Free or Die and the one seasonal (Fireside Chat, Bitter American, ect.). |

Pyramid finaly is brewing thier Outburst year round. Its 8.5 ABV and very tasty. I have seen it as low as 13 bucks a 12 pack.
I have 5 gals of an Imperial IPA I made aging and will do a Dead Guy clone and a Whiskey Barrel Stout next. On tap, Imperial Stout.[/img] |
