|
|
Looking at getting a set of march pullys for the camaro. I emailed asking info about one of them, and they still have not got back with me. Makes me wonder about the customer service they would provide if I ever had an issue?
So, anyone have any?
Normally I have went asp, but since I did order the wrong one, I found the pully is smaller, but heavier! So wondering how I can reduce rotating mass, when the pully is heavier. _________________ 2008 GMC Z71

| I had March pulleys on my ZZ4. Good stuff but entirely unnecessary and overly expensive. I won't spend money on another set. Again, no complaints. Just ridiculously expensive for what it does. |

| They didnt look much more expensive then any other brand of underdrive. Also, your getting aluminum vs others steel. |

| I thought you were talking about the entire serpentine pulley kit with brackets. That's what is so expensive. |

Rotating moment of interia.
It's all about where the mass is located. 5 pounds near the center of the crank is easier to rotate than 2 pounds a long ways from the crank. Same idea as spinning in a chair and pulling in your arms to spin faster. Same mass, different location. |
