| Will a T-5 from a 305 work with a 2.8? What about the clutch and hydraulics? |

Hydraulics work fine.
You'll need to get a v8 26 spline disc, and a v6 14?iirc spline disc and have the hubs switched out. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

Everything else is the same. The case, driveline, etc etc.
You'll need to use the speedo gear from the v6 to keep your speedometer right.
The hub switching has to be done by a professional. It takes special machines and rivets ,etc to be centered and balanced.
Find a "BRAKE AND CLUTCH" shop in your area. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

Go to South Side Brake and Clutch if you do this. It's right off south tacoma way. 54th and S. Washington which is about a block away from 56th and ST way. Real nice people there. _________________

| might as well get a V6 T5, they are quite plentiful in junkyards. you can probably make money if you sell the v8 T5. |

14-splie T5's grow on trees, not worth the trouble. |

lol, I actually answered your other post, but pretty much what everyone's said is right, go to a JY and pull a V6 T5.
Make sure its out of an F-body, as the S-10 trans has the shifter closer to the main case, and wouldn't be a direct bolt-in. |
