Just got a new rms housing for the new motor, is there a torque spec for it? Ive got the bolts hand tight for now

And also how the hell do I get the oil pump pickup screen in the pump??? Mellings screen aand a mellings hv pump, I know its a pressure fit but I can't get it to fit >_<
