I was thinking about going if a few people wanted to meet up and walk around. I've lived in Portland since I was 5 and I've never been to the big swap meet. Kinda wanna check it out.

I'd like to try and make it too. Might find something to help my swap along Cool

Leejo, where are you starting from? Everett or Poulsbo? We could arrange a meeting spot and travel down together.

Looks like I'll be going. Is that enough people to form a gathering?

I'd say as little as 3 is enough. With this many eyes for 3d gen parts.. I might have to carry a club in case someone spots something first! Laughing

Al, We'll be leaving from my Dad's place in Poulsbo. I'll probably drive over there the night before. I'm sure we can work something out.

That sounds good. Maybe we can find a good meeting spot in Silverdale or Gorst. Which route would you prefer? HWY 16 through Tacoma, or HWY 3 through Shelton? What time is good for you to start? I'm an early riser due to my morning commute, so you pick the time Wink

Ha! Aaron you may appreciate his project, it's a 72 Gran Torino wagon. Primered dark grey with primer light grey flames, red stealies all around with 295's in the back, and sports a mid 70's 460.
Oh and its got a Ranchero GT hood with the scoop.

Haha... nice. The 385 Lima has a crapton (technical term Razz) more aftermarket support than the Y and FE engines.

Cheaper too. You can find 460's on CL all day long. Then it's just choice of crank to determine what displacement.
