Same here. Trying to get both cars in decent shape is taking awhile. But looks like its going well so far! Lets hope it all works on the dyno! |

Hehe... my Chevy currently has exactly one tarp-power so no need to dyno it.
I'd put the Furd up, but apparently I can't.
So for once I'm golden! |

It's coming down to the wire and I'm excited.
Blue, I think the only one that's ever trailered theirs was rod? Or did he trailer it to cows? I have a horrible memory I should just stop trying. _________________

I just don't want to get Oregon plates and insure it. Anyone have an idea for temp insurance or should I just pony up. |

Why can't you? For the RPM signal? I'd call Steve and ask. He's a smart guy and diesels get dynoed all the time. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

I don't really see why he can't get a signal though. It's just a two-wire hall effect sitting up on top of the pump's timing gear. Hell, on the Furd you can unplug the damn thing and it's a dual-spade connector right off the motor. |

e-mail or call him and ask him about it. I asked him about it a couple years back, and that is what he told me.
It may have more to do with the software/input available on the dyno he has. Sure getting a signal may be easy, getting the software to recognize is at a valid timing trigger for logging may not be so easy.

Cool guys. I'll call the shop on Monday.
What is the low HP number for a non-broken car? |

I had 88 with the Mazda year one. Last year was 110. I'm hoping for 125 this year. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

That's probably right where I'll be if he can get signal from it. They were factory rated at 170 flywheel @ 3300 which is engine blowup time in that rig. |

Does anyone have a special interest vehicle plate in Oregon? The camaro is 25 years old. I could go that route. |
