This is a continuation of the other thread. any question can be posted here.
nutshell for anyone who wasn't on the other board.
The Third Annual Cascade Crew Dyno Weekend is January 23-25 in wonderful Portland Oregon.
we will be meeting friday night to hang out. Saturday is the big dyno, it will be held at McGee's Auto, just off I-5. Cost is $50 for 3 pulls on the rollers. they will charge $75 to the first 15 cars. once we get 15 people, they will refund $25 back to everyone who paid more.
There is a second thread if you are from out of town and need a place to stay. There are Several of us who live on the S/SE side of Portland, and will be opening our homes for people who need places to stay. if you need hotel/motel info, or need to find a place to crash with one of us. go ahead and post in the other thread.
If you are planning on making a day trip for only the dyno, and would like to meet us there. dyno'ing starts at 8am, i will likely be there around 7:30 to catch steve, and get myself and whoever is with me started with the paperwork process.
Directions:
Take the LWR. BOONES FERRY RD. exit- exit number 290
Turn LEFT(if coming from N) turn RIGHT(if coming from south) you should to to be heading East on LOWER BOONES FERRY RD.

Well i should be able to attend as long as i can get enough cash for gas and food (need to sell them subs! *hint hint lol). Im gonna have one of my friends go with me to split the gas cost so i can actually afford it. Those of you who went last year, how much did u spend on food for the weekend? Im thinkin about headin to the store and just buyin some snack foods and junk like that cuz i cant afford to go to resturants. _________________ Project_1986_TA

I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to show up or not. Don't have a car to dyno anymore I guess I could bring the rental car Ford Taurus Still haven't talked to the wife about it, but I may just beable to come and hang for a bit with everyone. _________________ EGM: Who's that chick Mario is rescuing up there?

Don't just bring the rental car, dyno it! Then my car won't be the lowest-powered car there. Imagine the look on their face after dynoing sports cars all day, then this rented Taurus pulls up to dyno. Priceless! |

I dont like the tranny in the Tore-ass. Its a fricken automatic and it likes to drop way down. I still like the fact that there is no redline on the tach in that car . Yeah, it would be pretty embarrassing if it did put some of the 3rd gens to shame. _________________ EGM: Who's that chick Mario is rescuing up there?

Hey guys, newbie here. I can't dyno my T/A as it's in storage and my truck has a sticking throttle but my buddy and I would love to hang out and watch. Is that cool with everybody? I'm a huge F-Body fan and would love to meet and hang out. |
