Tried Foreign Engines, they don't have one.

So far I've found Transmission Xchange in Portland wants $940 for a reman.

B&R has one in Portland with 209,000miles for $750!

Pasco, Wa has one for $550 not sure on milage yet. Waiting for a call back.

Really don't wanna try and rebuild this. I don't know where to get parts up here.

There were a couple of rebuild kits on ebay.. $170 or so. I find lots of automatics for it. There is one listing on portland criags.. someones selling alot of parts for one.. including a clutch. But no listing for the engine/trans.. maybe you oughta call anyway. There was one complete car for $750.. but says it has tranny noise!! LOL

If it needs a hardpart.. man.. I bet you'd be screwed. Is this Kayla's? I can't remember who had the swift now.. Anyway. If I find anything else.. i'll post up.

Found a brass/bearing/seal/synchro kit for $150 locally. I'll rip it out tomorrow and see what it needs. Guy I talked to said at 100k bearings starting to go.

If she's lucky it just needs soft parts. Guy said he still gets hard parts at the dealer ?!

It is Suzuki so who knows.

Either way, it was just one of the rear mainshaft bearings. Totally. Missing like 4 balls and the cage is all fubared. NO other damage. Can't believe it. Rebuild kit should be in sometime in the middle of the week.

155k on the clutch and it still has considerable life left. Replacing anyways.

Ended up spending most of the day on the wiring!

Yeah. To get to that bearing it had to come apart. Bearings on the diff are a little sketchy too. Might as well do it all while it's apart. Same thing with the clutch, cause I don't wanna pull it back apart later lol.
