So twice in that video, Billy Gibbons adjusts the "throttle" blades on the blowers? Confused

And the throttle blades have absolutely nothing to do with the throttle.. I've heard they can be used for shutdown or a jake brake effect.

I'd be worried about my beard working around all them belts.
