Well straight to the point, I got an nice maybe inch around scooped dent in my rear bumper cover and I would like some directions of removing the cover to pop the dent out from behind or does anyone know of anything I can do thats more simple?
Or if I cant get the cover off, could someone possibly help me out with it? Thanks. |

| how did you dent the bumper? They usually crack. Since the bumpers are composite I don't know that I have every seen one dent. |

| to say the least we have an small garage, and the damn mountain bike's pedal likes to disagree with the rear bumper I guess. I dont really care to much if the paint cracks when it pops out, thers already paint cracks in the rear bumper, I just want this dent gone. |

They do dent dewey, usually on the cornors though.
Iroc....
remove the liscense plate, 2 10mm screws
remove tail lights (bunch of wing nuts inside the car, and light bulbs)
you have about 20 pop-clips that you need to pull the center out of between top and bottom of the bumper.
Now the outter sides, you have a small screw holding the side gfx to rear bumper.
Then reach up in on the sides, and with a deep 10mm, you have 3 nuts on each side.
I "think" thats all of it. _________________ 2008 GMC Z71

You can't "pop" the dent like you think you'll be able to, since you're not dealing with metal. The plastic is designed to pop back after a minor impact, and that's exactly what it's going to do. As soon as you remove pressure the bulge will reform.
I have heard of guys using a heat gun from the inside to work the plastic back into shape, with varying degrees of success. |

You should be able to just plug it in with the usb, go into my computer, removable disk (whatever) and then dscn or whatever the coding is, drag and drop no real disk needed lol _________________ If you expect a kick to the balls and get a slap to the face its still a victory
