| Very clean, aside from those gay-ass louvers. Suspicious lack of timeslips, though. Guy built a nice car, and then choked the hell out of it with TPI. |

no, it says the HP could be increased with an electric pump.
You have to admit that 400+ on a 305 would be impressive.
not 12K worth of impressive though. _________________ Killing mailboxes since 2009 |

Would be a waste of money vs. doing the same mods on a 350 or larger. And like Aaron said, the TPI is a real limiting factor. |

I agree.
It says there is 50K put in it. So if we take that at face value then, it seems it takes eight time the money to that to achieve less power than this _________________ Killing mailboxes since 2009 |

Says the gent that just dropped a 305 into his T/A.
12k is steep. Probably priced like that because she doesn't understand cars + mods /= higher value. If it's true about the widowed thing.
You guys sure it's still even a 305? It says it was factory but then lists a four bolt main block. I don't know enough about 5.0s to comment but were they 4bolt main? |

You made me an offer I couldn't refuse! Plus, I didn't spend anything on mods. If that engine ever comes out, I'm going with more displacement, preferably an LSx, though I still have that L05 just waiting for a re-build. |

| That is a nice street car. I dont doubt the guy had close to 50K in it if you include the purchase price. Look at the after market parts, looks like the guy got his wallet out and cleaned out Summit. I dont think he kept the 305, if he did it would be lucky to make 320 HP with that cam / intake. |

She still can't expect to get much back on that investment unless she parts it out. |

What is happening believe it or not, Our Old 3rd Gens are making a HUGE comeback!
I am seeing more and more very well done 3-G's around.
There is a BEAUTIFUL red vert TA around town, also a couple of SWEET camaros!
I see a Hot red & black TA down by my office, and a red Formy too!
Most of the owners are old dudes like me, that have put some coin into it and have created fairly unique rides,
lots of affordable mods can be done good stuff!
I had an OUTSTANDING offer a week ago, and said cool but NOT!
So keep your rides man...you just never know!
3-G's are monster in the midwest and southern areas...I know say what you like, but I have seen many of the cars, and they are SPECTACULAR! _________________

7-8k I'd buy if it looks as good in person.
I think I could get that out of mine with a nice paint job. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

You guys and your reading comprehension. 4-bolt = not the original 305. He's got a 4" bore or better.
@ Rich, you are not wrong, buddy. When I was shopping for my Z I was shocked by the increase in prices from when I bought my IROC. The later models, especially the V6 cars, are still fairly cheap, but the pre-85 cars (which I was looking for) had gone up considerably.
I would still love to see a slip. Just out of pure curiosity more than anything else. Anyone with half a brain would have swapped out that intake 45 thousand dollars ago, but I'd love to see if a TPI could actually turn a decent quarter. |

I can only go by what the owner says in the ad:

| eBay bases that off of the VIN number. |

The only other reference to displacement in the ad: "factory ordered 305ci"
I'm sure it is no longer a 305, however, I was just going by what was stated. |
