For that price, I would strongly consider the EBL system. You are still TBI correct?

http://www.dynamicefi.com/EBL_Flash.php

It will cost you just a little more, but I think functionality wise it will be much better.

(i'm going from burning chips to the EBL, as soon as I get the audi out of the garage)

I ran the Moates Burn1. I used it with their GP1 package that I bought from Mike. I was very pleased with it, but it was not user friendly (had to drop the ECM all the time).

^ Two cents.

Drop the ECM?

Real tuners leave the ECM on the floor!

Al says you can run the EBL with TPI. I trust him. It sounds ultra cool. Smile

From this page

http://www.dynamicefi.com/EBL_Flash.php

Quote:

** MAF TPI Corvette and Camaro/Firebirds:

To change from a MAF TPI set up to an EBL Flash ECM requires a few changes. There are some ECM harness connector pins that need to be moved. A MAP sensor (1, 2, or 3-bar) is added using the existing MAF wires and plumbed to the plenum. The MAF is no longer used but may remain in place.

Then plug in the EBL Flash ECM and turn the key.

This is an easy and great upgrade to get away from the expensive MAF sensor and burn-off relays. And is even better when boost is involved.

See, i always warn the women, not to step on the computer, or the car will shut off.

Come to think of it, that might explain just a few things....

I have a few really slick moves I can teach you young padawan.

The "nice dress, is that new....here hold my coffee while I show you how fast my camaro is...." always is a hit too.

So Dewey, your saying that the ever popular line "Take it easy, that tape is structural" is headed in the wrong direction?
Who'd a figured.

First John I'm surprised you noticed a new dress. Unless perhaps it has less to notice maybe.

And I think you are all missing the point anyway. I'm sure you've created quite the impression allready by showing up in a 3d gen hoopty for your first date. Asking her to not step on its vital parts could only be more of what she's expecting at that point.

Brings up some psych crap now too.. If the first date involves asking her not to step on vital parts of your car, what does that say about stepping on other vital things in your future relationship? Shocked

My ECM has been hanging for a few years now. Yeah, gotta warn the GF not to step on it or spill her Starbucks on it or anything. Very Happy

They're also not impressed that you own a thirdgen either. The fact that it's running and you're more modern than 1985 is as good as it gets!
