I had a fun drive home tonight without an operational clutch pedal. The pin that goes through and connects to the linkage came out as I was boarding the ferry and the pedal is just swinging free on its mount. I continued the 20 mile drive home without a clutch pedal. Stop lights were the fun part since I had to shut the car off to put it in first gear, then bump it with the starter The rest was fairly easy up shifting by RPM, down shifting was a little more difficult, but I managed. _________________ 92 Camaro

Same thing happened to me before, I know how frustrating it can be! I ended up needing to get a new clutch pedal because the pin that engages the linkage broke off on mine. Usually it's just the clip, but mine broke somehow.
Funny story, I drove from the east side of Snoqualmie Pass all the way home to Chehalis with no clutch pedal in a Subaru I bought in Idaho and was taking home. The master cylinder didn't have enough fluid in it and it sucked an air bubble and stuck my clutch to the floor. Fun drive! _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56
