I have an idea how to make it work. We buy it (kind of) and all move in. Then it will look so stupid with a bunch of 3rd gens squealing around the place, breaking down and being abandoned on the far end of the facility, and the drunk people determined to off-road their 3rd gens over the sand berms, that Hollywood will want to make a movie based on us. We'll cash in on the royalties and be able to afford to stay there.

I was thinking you use part of it for a solar farm, get the tax credit, sell the power back to Kaliforn-i-a and the just generally hot rod around while the solar power pays for the compound.

So much for the hypocrites that thought the japaneese would whipe out the US manufactures. The people that actually believed this would happen are cringing now, or, at a minimum, coming up with more excuses why it happened to them and blaming the big 2.

So I did some math. I figure between everyone in the Crew we can put down about $32. Think that will be enough?

Unpossible.

Looks like the going price is $10M-$25M...I think it would take every bit of credit the group of us all had to even come close. Lol, so far I have seen corner-carvers and ADVrider both joking around about starting a pool to buy it also, so there may be a bidding war between crazy gearhead forums.

I couldn't be that hard to make up the difference. Do vehicle testing, road races, moto crosses, explosives, gun range.... it'd basically pay for itself!

My credit would put us into the negative! Sad

We can open it to the public for group events. That would help pay!
