Just another old jar head head like me, but definitely worth watching. Turn your speakers on.

He mentions it being the 2nd verse, until recently I never knew there was more then 1. A few weeks ago I heard and then read all 4 verses. You would think that our true national anthem would be taught in school, and sung in its entirety.

You and I are of the same mind. More people need to be thankful of the freedoms we truly have in this country and the price that has been paid for that freedom.

This touchy feely crap of offending people is pure BS by deleting words from the national anthem because it might offend. This is America. Don't like it, LEAVE.

You think other countries care about how we would feel if we were there?

I'm just amazed that I made it to being 40 years old and had never heard the entire national anthem of the country I live in, or even knew there was more verses.

Well I'm 52 and until today I didn't know it either.

I got this in a forwarded email a week ago...and wow. I had NO idea there was more to the anthem. But I'm glad I know now. That man just enlightened SO many people. At least I found out so early-I'm 17. I found it very touching. He's not a bad singer either.

Its sad how close minded and easily offended people have become nowadays. Its America, the government needs to stop trying to protect everybody from everything. It just ends up doing more harm than good sometimes. We watched a bunch of very informative videos about foreign countries and how they essentially shelter their people to death during our last weeks in school. Its sad to see that we are heading this way too.

That man is my new hero. I'm going to serve someday soon...don't know which branch yet, but I'm determined. God Bless our troops!

(end of rant)
