I had another knee surgery yesterday and now remember what a PITA it is to get around with crutches. I have come to the conclusion that crutches should have a basket and or cup holders on the sides. Things that you need with you while stuck on the 1st floor of your home include - home phone, cell phone, Tv / DVD / BR / surround sound remotes, pain pill holder, car craft mag holder for restroom visits and last but not a cup holder for coffee and or beer.

Anyone ever attached anything to there crutches?

Once the pain and swelling goes down I'm taking these things to the garage and making them more user freindly.

Dude, you work construction, right? Snag a spare framers bag, and strap it to the side of one of the crutches.

Well, I mounted a carpenters pouch to one of the crutches with black zip ties. It isnt ideal and looks, well, redneckish. It works though, held 3 beer bottles, water botlle, one pill bottle, a phone and a couple of remotes. I have several of these at work http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&productId=100647761&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=100647761&cm_mmc=shopping-_-googlebase-_-D27X-_-100647761&locStoreNum=4702&marketID=44, should have brought a couple home Wednesday.
