well, farshins charger is sitting in Little rock begging to be pickedup...and he doesnt really want to trust a vehicle like that to a shipping company{gow knows how it would be treated or handled}....
So,Ive tuned up the ram, packed my shizzle up...and ima go get the thing!
along the way im going to see my family in indiana{that i havent seen since 99} gonna stay there 2 weeks, possibly a bit longer, meeting my uncle who has a ton of charger parts that im picking up for farshin,so that might be an added delay since hes in the process of moving..
this trip is going to take probably a month, month and a half
after that im headed straight down to little rock arkansas,to pickup the charger, then bringing it back where farshin and i can get started working on it...
ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAD TRIP!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Gotta take the lift kit back off?
You got alot of guts taking a Dodge much further than the end of the driveway. It's going to be a long walk back. |

to be honest i think he'd be better off with shipping company.
those who deal in shipping cars treat cars decently, even non-running cars or restorable heaps of shizzle...
why wait over a month when he could have it in a week? _________________

mark we all know how you drive... how does he know you wouldn't attempt to do donuts with a trailer on the back of the truck or something?
might get stuck in a corn field or something on the way there
I know it's free and all, but there is a lot of risk involved in doing so... something happens to you, your truck, his car, etc, and there is two people out of cash and out of vehicles or more... atleast with a shipping company if something happens, only the driver is out the money, and your purchase is insured for the worth of what you paid given there is a receipt of somesort or documentation, plus you're refunded the shipping costs as well.
just being realistic is all, not about the corn field or donuts, but about the costs and whatnot.
but also realistically, shipping companies don't treat your things like crap at all, because if they do its out of their pocket... they're not like tow truck drivers or anything where they'll just go loot your car the first chance they get and leave it somewheres _________________

and yes aaron...im gonna go wheeling through a cornfield with a car trailer and a 69 charger rt se on the back? how seriously stupid are you?
if your going to do anything, cut your stupid pathetic BS...and admit your just trying to start shizzle with me because you dont like me.
are you a vehicle shipping service aaron?...didnt think so. how do you know whats going to happen to that vehicle...or ANY vehicle being shipped for that matter? seriously. who knows whats going to happen...nobody knows what the hell they would do to the car, they might treat it like its gold plated...they could turn it into a rolling BBQ and make smores...
get a dman life aaron...
and FYI...if anything happens during the trip,my INS covers anything that happens to my vehicle..or anything being towed by my vehicle.
and on that note...im done with this thread, mike feel free to delete it. |
