So, what's the best way to get rid of flat spots on tires? Just drive until they even out? Swap to the rear and have a bit of smokey fun? Can they be shaved that much? They're already getting pretty low treadwise I don't know what that would do to the life of the tire... _________________

I know some truck tires can do that, the nylon composite ones. My father had some of them on a work van and they would flat spot overnight while sitting, a short drive would smooth them out. _________________ 92 Camaro

Yeah they're different front to back but as long as I didn't try turning I'm sure I could fit the 295s up front to burn a couple miles off the back.

Yeah my buddy's super swampers did that. However, these methodically thudded all the way back from Oregon. Very annoying. |
