so in my camaro i have a pioneer amp, and some off brand sub in a bazooka tube, well this sub has been blown for quite some time so today i decided to do some shopping.....at GoodWill lol. i found a Sony subwoofer from a home theater system it was still in its ported box and everything, bought it hooked it up to check that it worked, it worked, so i took it home and put it in the bazooka tube and i must say....for $12 that is some amazing bass. i wasnt expecting it to sound as good as it does...so yeah thats my lil adventure from today _________________

More ghetto than a 12 in a 10 box? No screws holding it in just restraint by gravity? _________________ Killing mailboxes since 2009 |

Hmm duct tape might also seal the gap and thus improve sound quality. I even have some duct tape.
Great idea. _________________ Killing mailboxes since 2009 |

Haha thats nothing back in high school when I was a basshead I used to cruise around with my KLH loud speakers stuffed in the hatch. Had to fold down the rear seat to get it all to fit. 4 12's and a ton of wattage. Ghetto but I could blow some eardrums _________________
