Check out the " HORSEPOWER!" section of this months Car Craft. The 700 + HP 214 CI small block Chevy Indy motor was converted to run on pump gas by Ryan Falconer. This is the same guy who designed and built the T-Ram intake manifold for SLP.

I see articles all the time about salt flats racers who get mass HP from small cubic inch engines. I guess they make all the power way up in the RPM range? Confused
