So evidently these heads are milled, and now my bolt holes from intake to head arnt matching.

So what options do I have? I have not had to deal with this before as this is only the 3rd time I have had a motor down this far. Crying or Very sad And then, it was just replacing gaskets and putting back together. Not having to deal with milled stuff.

is the problem the physical gap between the mating surfaces of the intake and head, or just the alignment of the holes?

if its just the alignment of the holes, you could elongate them with a drill or a file, as long as they're torqued to spec and washers are used, they should seal okay.
