The usual little party at Paul and Brandy's this Saturday.

Talk cars, drink beer, bbq and eat, and most likely end up playing Rock Band or something like that.
Race is weather permitting (it is September afterall) and if folks are interested. Might be the last chance.

We have some sausages (Miller High Life beer brats, go figure) and a few of Al's burgers left (Al gets first dibs).
Bring drink of choice and snacky like things. And something else to BBQ if you not wanting sausage-type-things.

There will be breakfast and Mimosas served Sunday morning.

Might be some mechanical stuff going on Saturday during the day if anyone wants to get in on that. Talk to Paul for specifics.

That is all.
Carry on.
Down the hatch

Since I have Friday - Monday off, I had plans to do the door hinge pins on both the cars this weekend. I'll have to pass, unless Paul is up to doing a rear end rebuild Razz

Thumbs up

IIRC you got something like an Eaton posi. Head to GM dealer and get some Limited Slip Additive.

Don't get the additive from a parts store. Stuff is way too slippery. I'll explain later if you need further detail. Very Happy

My NAPA store can get the stuff from GM, I'll stop by and at least order it so I can pick it up before Friday.

Just as long as it's not "napa" brand hehee

I put napa brand in, and a week later my posi wasn't working.

The additive makes the gear oil more slippery to allow the clutches to work in cornering around town. Too slippery and the clutches just slip and don't "posi."

Gm stuff and Ford stuff are the shiznit.

I've got some speakers (4 and a 12" woofer) and amp that Skyler has some interest in - I'll bring them, they're FREE, I picked them up from a TGO member up in Everett. I'll bring those down, if Skyler doesn't want them, they're up for grabs.
