ok so i need to replace my outer tie rod ends, lower ball joints, the idler arm and control arm bushings, is this a difficult thing to do? im trying to save myself some cash by doing it myself but it seems kinda complicated.

No, yes, no, no, kinda. Get a chiltons and a ball joint spreader. The ball joints require a press. You can save yourself a ton of money by doing things yourself.

Pickle forks are okay but will tear the boots. Use a pry bar and put some pressure between the two pieces that are joined by the tie rods, or just use spring pressure (support the A-Arm for when the ball joint is disconnected).... use a big hammer... 2-4lb hammer. And give the joint a good few whacks. Works every time. You're distorting the taper of the joint and the tie rod end or ball joint pops right out.

Probably wouldn't hurt, since you're under there anyway. The control arms come out OK once the spring pressure is gone, but the bushings are quite difficult. I took my control arms and new bushings (off the car) to Schucks to have them put in. Charged me $50 for the pair IIRC.
