Anyone got a pair? As long as they aren't cracked, they'll work.

Might be able to work something out. I'm in no rush for them, so maybe keep our ears peeled for someone north... heading south!

If you're going to T-town you can drop them here for awhile until someone closer makes the jump.

He's got an idea on getting rid of the Achilles heel of wankels. He's ditching the apex seals and adapting 416s because of their superior flow. Shocked

I just can't stand that the wankel has no valve train! I had to do SOMETHING!

LoL.

416s are the best flowing 305 heads. 58cc chambers. Put some bigger valves in them, a little port work, and they become 64cc great flowing heads.

ok, but.......why? what's your intent with these?

same results could be accomplished with a pair of 461/462's, 091, 186, or 492 casting. All of those are 64cc from the factory. I'm sure there's gotta be a pair of 462's sitting around your work somewhere.

It seems like a waste to me to pay for cheap heads, which will require extensive work on both the chamber/valve shrouding, to produce decent max-effort numbers.

just my .02

Aren't 462s camel humps? Without accessory holes?

416s still flow better.
