Ok, so i'm selling the borg warner t5 the disintagrated on me. It need a complete overhaul and rebuild. Maybe someone else has the time and or place to do the work on it that i'm unable to do. So i was thinking like $75.00 obo. or trade it for something i need. Please refer to my posting in wanted " i need a bunch of stuff". thanks

yep. no bell or any of that. it's just the t5. in all honesty most of the guts will need to be rebuilt or replaced. but if someone completely rebuilds the t5 that they got for 75bucks they could rebuild it for around $500 and sell it for $1000+ or so I'm told.

I just sold a brand new T5 for $900. A rebuilt should go cheaper.

What actually happened to the transmission, giant explosion or grinding going into gears?

No fluid. Input bearings fried parts.
