so i have a old 1977 Scott 440A integrated amplifier, i got it for free from my dad 2 years ago and it has been good to me so far. there has always been a problem with it on the right side of both channels. it makes a wierd fuzzy/crackling when the bass kicked in at low or high volume. i have a video of what im talking about and i will post it in a minute or so. here are some pictures of it

nice old 440A jason. there's a outfit here in p town called freds sound of music. they have been around for over 40 years and specialize in stereo repairs. they are a high end stereo dealer for brands like b&w bose denon harmon-kardon nakamichi rotel teac and all . anyway they repaired my buddys macintosh pre-amp that was a vintage 1974 model so your scott 440A should be no problem. there not cheap but there very good at servicing vintage audio equipment there # is 503-234-5341 Razz
