Paul and I destroyed my daily driver yesterday. The cab on my 70 C10 was totally shot, so I bought a replacement. We completly disassembled the truck and have the replacement cab sitting on the frame. Now I just have to do the body and paint work.... and reassemble.

To add to this highly successful post..

Here's a pic of why I'm changing the cab.. When it rained I had multnomah falls coming in through here.

Here's what I found when I got the cab stripped down.. several holes including one right under the gas pedal.

And some work done on the new cab. Paul welded a bunch of stuff up for me. I hung the doors and welded up some mirror holes. Now i've got a few patches to do in the lower edges.

Same color as this guys truck. 1997-2000 vette bright blue metallic, or nassau blue. So now i've picked millenium vette colors for both my pickups.

That body style looks really familer.

One of my fav GM body styles. Id love to get a blazer in that style.
