So, I have a bunch of time off built up, so I was thinking, of taking a friday night off to go racing in september.

Anyone else up for it, or a have a night that would work for them?

Pauly, when is the 9" going to be ready to run?

9" is ready. Just need a hand putting it in. It's REALLY heavy. Sway bar mount can come later as can the relocation brackets. I'm just worried about the torque arm mount clearing.

So no one has a preference on a weekend? I can just pick one.

Paul, i can also go up there an help if you wanted to do it on a weekday night. Maybe it is time to get the band back together.

We are on a mission from God...

Looks like the 26th would be it for me, or Oct. 3rd. I can put in the request for time off on either of those Friday's.

Well the 406 deal fell through so now figuring out parts. Hoping to be done and running early Sept. I think that is realistic but you know how projects go.

I dont know how october is for me. we will be starting the "busy season" in fall and that will mean 60-70 hrs per week. 30 hrs of OT is nice but takes up all my play time lol

Just lettin ya know I'll be glad to come down and see how fast my car actually is... (or how slow) Laughing Been planning on it for awhile actually, always better to hang with the crew than go it alone though.

It all depends on how much money I have left over after I move into a new house this weekend.

All I have to do is yank the motor, do pan/timing cover, remount the exhaust, do some carb adjusting/tuning, get a temp (1mo's worth) coverage of insurance, renew the tabs (registered outside emissions, woo hoo!) and I could do a couple passes down the strip.

I'm sure a late Sept date won't be a problem.

I'm betting it'll pull low low 15's, as it sits now. I'm aiming to break the old trap of 15.17@ 95 which was my best with my old smokey 350.

If I can hook from the dig, I might be able to trap a 14.8-14.9
