AHH!!! THIS IS SO TRUE! GREATEST SONG EVER!!! you beat me to the post Dew,
Go to a old timely record store, or purchase some cd of the greatest ballads of the 70's off some infomercial at 3 am, or steal some homeless guys's copy of this song. Then keep it your car and listen to it on repeat wherever you go. Everyone around you will thing you are the coolest guy in the whole world adn you will have to beat the womens off with a stick so they don't scratch your car. TRUST me, i would not lie to you.
Do yourself a favor, this goes for all of you... Never leave home without it
~JAKE

Heard a new one on the way home just now. More of a "top speed" song to me, but still gets the mood.

Since Zack de la Rocha is the singer of both One Day as a Lion and Rage Against the Machine, I don't think you can call it a "rip off". |

Since it isn't on the radio like every 2 minutes now. The second half of Knights of Cydonia really gets me going. Especialy one of hte live version, when they come back in HARD with the guitar after the bridge. I put the foot down a little bit, even in the Jeep.
ohh, and of course old White Zombie.
And of course one more odd ball to through in there. O Fortuna by Carl Orff (from Carmina Burana). Gotta through in one for the really old school. |

Back in the day, I used to drive fast listening to:
Testament - Practice What You Preach (whole album) got in my first wreck while listening to the title track
Slayer - Show No Mercy (whole album)
Metallica - Motorbreath as well as most of their other songs...I was a huge fan of them for several years...before their Load album came out. _________________

Yeah I know, but I just don't like the idea of Zack replacing Tom Morello with a frikkin keyboard. |
