There is no fuse for the headlights. In the switch, there is a thermal breaker that serves as a self-resetting fuse. The switch is connected to a fusible link which is more than likely down on the starter (there are three there), but it could be somewhwere else Wink

it's got to be the fusible link then. Track it down and replace it. Like Al said, there are a few located off of the starter.

There are 2 or 3 more fusible links located on the passenger side of the radiator core support, next to the battery tray. They're easy to find and they're bolted to a distribution block.

No need to get under the car for those, just pop the hood and look down next to the passenger battery tray. Very Happy Wink
