I got these badges for free and normally I HATE badges, stickers, trim, moulding, etc but I want to at least give a hint of whats under the hood soon. Too much?

Maybe same color as the wheels would be more subtle but that looks good too.

x2. I think a gunmetal color would look a lot better than a lighter color.

I agree that a darker color would go with the car better but the stainless on these is etched or burned or something to say TRANS AM.

Yes that's scotch tape holding it on. Laughing

I vote gunmetal as well. They kind of give the badges a double take kind of status

Maybe the darker color, then red in the TRANS AM etching. The etching would look just like what you have, except red. Cool

gunmetal to match the wheels or black to match the stripes. but regardless, do not put them on until you have turbo'd the car.

Might even look good if it was black to match your gs strips on the side there.

I very rarely offer a dissenting opinion. I like the idea of the badge and as others have said I think that painted to match the stripes or wheels would be best. I personally do not think that that particular badge looks good enough to be on your car; specifically the font on the TURBO portion. My opinion.

You can get high quality replacement badges for an 89 TTA but would have to change the coloring.

I'm with Schultzy. That would look better of you change the color of it.

I knew there was something weird about the Turbo font. Specifically the 'O'

I think I'll just keep these for the side of the tool box. Very Happy
