Yep, hopefully by the end of the week I will be landing back on the "mainland".

I'm gonna be stationed at Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, CA. It'll be nice to be driving on the RIGHT side of the road again.

Once I get settled in, it'll be car shoppin' time, and despite the horrible gas prices. I think I'm gonna be looking for a 3rdgen.

So, I wont be in the CC area, but I am getting closer.

Joe

PS - I found this old pic of my 88 on cardomain. Smile

Good to hear that you are coming back! I remember talking to you a while ago. About it. Hows it going over there?

Horrible gas prices? Isn't is $20/gal over there? Laughing

Joe -

Let us know when you're coming up this way. I can already feel a party, well... uh... "brewing," so to speak.

Kage! Good to see you are still around on the board man. Yeah, I should be flying into Seattle, then down to Portland, and on home. But, regardless, next time I come up to PDX, there will be a party!

I never heard from the guy once he got it, thanked me, etc. He was near chicago. Some dude with an identical car emailed me awhile back after seeing old pics on TGO, but he wanted WAY too much for his car. Understandable I suppose.

Well, the summer months are here, and the humidity is ridiculous, so even though So Cal is hot, it's not the same as here. I'm looking forward too it.

Gas prices over here.. I dunno. No car here, and when I do drive, it's a Humvee, or a Toyota Allion. And the Gov't picks up the check on those.

Cool
