Back in late 99 I bought an old s10 pickup and made it into a show truck. Custom paint, loud stereo, shaved everything, air-ride laying frame, chrome wheels, the works!

So in late 04 I sold it cause I was gonna buy a house with the money.... which didnt happen(thats another story).

Well, yesterday I saw it. God it was in such shitty shape Crying or Very sad

Mud slung EVERYWHERE
Dent in the pass door
Dent in tailgate
Flat left front tire
Rollpan hanging on for dear life and cracked everywhere
3 dents in drivers door(looked like parking lot bumper swipe)
drivers fender not fitting right
Someone had tryed to brake into it via coat hanger(in fact, it was still logged in the door)
bedcover was warpped on all cornors and not even sitting right

Not ONE single option had changed. Grill, bumper, paint, rims, NOTHING! But good news is, all the bondo bodywork I did had not cracked and was still holding strong.

Still made me wanna cry. 4 years, 2 parts trucks, 2 motors, tons of blood sweat and tears, plenty of arugments with the woman. And it looks like that. Crying or Very sad

Dude that sucks. Remember my old S10? The guys has painted just the hood black, painted the grill a nasty red, put a windshield visor on it, stained the wood bed dark oak, and put random little black shiney stuff on it. Meh. He paid for it but it still makes me cringe. At least mine is being taken care of. Sorry to hear that you saw it in that condition.

now the stained bed might look good?
