Looks like RSFreak will be buying a 1986 Trans Am with the WS6 Package!!! Has the 9-bolt rear end with the disk brakes, a 350 (in several parts right now, but will be cool once we get it back together), re-built tranny, nice interior, and nice exterior except for the missing graphics. It will be a fun summer project. And it should be killer when it's done.

Actually the T/A will be my 10th fbody, Jimi forgot my '80SC (his favorite I might add!) I sold the '85 Z back to him, so I only have the 89RS and the T/A right now. This is my first Pontiac however!

Laughing

Only if we had a Z06 in stock. We've only got one or two vettes right now, and I think both are absolutely no option automatic cars.

I did take a TBSS for a spin yesterday. My mom wants to trade her tahoe for it. Laughing

Tried to bolt the 86TA wheels on RSFreaks 89RS (temporary for the tires)and we couldn't! Never dawned on us that Camaros and Birds/TAs had different offsets.

They bolt on fine, unless you tried to put a rear wheel on the front. Stock, the cars are the same. The 16" wheels from both cars are the same. But on all the cars, the front/rear offsets are diffrent on the 16" wheels.

If that makes sense.

Me and Red swapped wheels to see what it would look like and his formula wheels looked killer on my car. absolutely flush with the fender too. Until then we never realized that the offsets were different.

I say get Front Wheels all around. Then you can rotate and it fills the rear fender well.

I'm with stupid

Looks good with the backs pushed out that extra .5", makes it much more balanced looking.

I'm liking them less and less on the Camaro but I'll live with them for now. Might put the stockers back on the T/A once we get her rolling and put the Z06s on the RS. Wink
