Dear Rodney,
No one has made a tutu challenge for this upcoming COWS. How do we remedy that?
I volunteered to challenge you wife but I don't know what the challenge should be and all the suggestions thus far have been either unsafe or terribly unhygienic. Do you have any suggestions?
