Both of us turned in about 12:30 this morning. About 2:30, the dog starts going crazy, running up and down the hall and barking, then the doorbell rings once. That really set him off, then it rang again several times in succession. When we answered the door, there were 3 deputies outside, one at the door and two more in the driveway. Domestic disturbances are never responded to by a single officer as they are potentially the most dangerous.
Evidently, someone had called in a disturbance and supposedly ID the house on Fir Drive with the flagpole. This would be a "normal" occurrence for the house across the street, but it was quiet too. Somewhere, somehow, somebody got the wrong address and/or point of reference as the whole street was rather quiet. After a few minutes of conversation, they were back on their way. Anyway, I'm glad this happened on a weekend and not a workday (I get up early enough for work). _________________ 92 Camaro
