442's aint all that. I know a 71 chevy truck that has taken a 442 I was in the truck(but not driving) when this went down.

I like the look of them though. A guy use to live a few miles away that would restore them. A made some nice looking cars.

there is a 65 442 sitting in my grandmothers garage not 100' from me right now. has not seen road in 20 years. needs wiring, headers, a steering column, and registration to be driven. my uncle has not turned a wrench on it in at least two years... it breaks my heart. but he has a little son now, so i understand. (in fact, kid turns two in a few weeks)
