buy a few bottles of the Goo Gone spray (not the squirting small bottle, but looks like a gray bottle of windex) ... spray it and let it soak a few minutes... should scrape off fairly quickly.

that or PB Blaster seems to be good at getting sticky things off too, but Goo Gone usually works better in my experience

I've read on chevytalk.com that "Mr. Muscle" over cleaner works well. Don't go cheap on this, get the name brand. Cheaper brands don't work they say.

I've got a little goo gone. I'll give that a shot.

Since there is no interior or carpet to return I'd like it squeeky clean then shoot a little paint down for cancer preventative.

Dan, do you mean Mr. Muslce Oven Cleaner? Ever see it locally?

The passenger seat is in decent shape. We'll use it for now.

We would love the radiator AL! We're putting a 2.8/3.1 in it so It'd work perfect.

Did the '92 3.1 have different intake design for where the water runs? I thought the v6 vs v8 radiators were different?

Comparing it to my 89, it is exactly the same except there is no heater hose connection. V6 heater hose connects to the water pump where the V8 connects to the radiator just a little below the cap.

It'll be here with the tranny and other stuff Travis dropped off yesterday. (you have PM)

I've not looked for it yet. I just remember reading what a good job it did, and how adamant they were on using the "Mr. Muscle" brand and not cheaping out.

as far as glue removal goes. there is this stuff called "aircraft stripper" that does a number on just about anything. it'll eat through skin in about a minute. its what i used to take the paint off my old triumph.

I like physical removal processes as opposed to chemical. I don't like dealing with gooey messes. I'd hit it with a torch and scrape it off myself.

Looking at the pictures, I think the S10 tranny I dropped off for you will fit perfect in there.

I confirm with Al that the V6/V8 rads are the same shape. Heater core did come off the water pump but i forgot where it returns. Hmm.

cool. me and my friend got one of those and demo it on top a mountain then drove it to a friends house drink beer and had a sledge hammer party. and shot up the car with various guns.
