When I joined this site a few months ago I was looking for heritage stripe info. Dewey fixed me up with alot. Then I was asking questions about colors as well.

Well, few weeks ago I painted the top half. Clear is messed up on the hood and plan on fixing that this weekend(sanded it last night). But heres a pic I snapped last weekend. Cant really tell there are flames in the stripes on the hood in the pics.

Smile

Thanks guys.

I re-cleared the hood and it turned out well. So let it dry a few weeks then buff it. Also, I only painted the hood, trunk, flip lid, spoiler, top half of both doors, drivers fender, nose, and top 3" of the right fender.

This winter I have to put a new RR fender, rear body panel, and some floors in it. Then I will just repaint the whole car.

I'll try and get some pics of the flames this week. Because how they are, they are very difficult to photograph, and I do that on the side!
