Since the date is a little more than a month out, I figured I'd post this to get this onto your calendars.

Just like last year, we'll have a BBQ at my house on Saturday night. Overnights are welcome (bring a sleeping bag and pillow, and please, please, bring a toothbrush too). BYOB.

I'll leave it up to others to plan some activities in the area (go karting again, maybe? A cruise?).

Maybe we can get some Canadian attendance?

I drove through that place today after work killing time before a softball game. Nice location, but not real big. I don't know how they're going to get all the cars they had last year in there.

As far as other stuff to do, we could cruise to XXX Rootbeer on Saturday, always a bunch of cars out there on the weekends if the weather is nice.

Not sure yet if I'll be driving my own car or someone elses.

Realistically I don't want to drive that far until I have a working gas gauge.

It's closing in, so I'm bringing this back to the top. I'm hoping others can attend (Mike? Dewey? Canadians?).

Also, we're still looking for suggestions on entertainment beyond the BBQ, cruising, and whatnot. Fish suggested we go to Triple X Rootbeer after the BBQ on Saturday night, since they often have a big gathering there. I'm all for that.

I am planning on it. I don't know my timing yet, since it is the pontiac thing, I would love to carpool up there with another portland person, I'll work on that.

I'll probably be either a LATE friday night, or saturday morning person though. I'm out of time-off, since I took a whole month off for Africa.

Since work is literally just a couple of miles away, I might just pack the car Thursday night and drive to work instead of vanpool on Friday. I can lend a hand with whatever on Friday - late afternoon/early evening

Just kidding; those coming in on Friday can stay here at the house. And if you're nice and get along with my dog, you can stay Saturday too. Smile

I appreciate you getting another Seattle area gathering going. Until last year, Seattle has been a big gap in our gatherings even though there are a lot of crewbies up north.

I will plan on coming up Friday after work. I think Lama boy is going to ride with me and we will probably meet up with Brandon in Longview/Kelso. It will probably be a pretty late arrival. Any other PDX/Couve folks want to caravan?

Let us know if you would like us to bring stuff up or if we will just run to the store once we are up there.
