Hey guys anyone know of a good shop that will polish my single vein rims, just the flat parts, so I hope it wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. not sure if I have time to start sanding them by hand.

Or, does anybody have any tips to do it yourself and how long did it take?

There is an outfit just outside of woodland that did mine. Was like $30 a wheel IIRC. Either way it was dirt cheap and they rocked at it. But be prepared to paint the inside surfaces afterward. Most polishing places will end up scuffing that up a bit. Was fine for me since I was painting them black instead of the silver they had.

this place does semi truck polishing... wheels, cabs, chrome, etc etc etc

It's like R&I polishing. I don't think they are in the phonebook. Call Northwest Paint in Vancouver and ask them about it. That's where I got the fliar once upon a time. Had 6 wheels done there.

Polishing by Timothy. Used him for years to polish my ATV parts I made, and the strut mounts also. He's very good.

Thanks for the advise, I'll look into all of them. I'm not too worried about the inside color, as I'm stripping them down to be painted as well...
