I have an 80 gal, brand new, industrial tank, just sitting in my shop waiting....
I may buy the pump, but shipping is like $170. |

Also looking at 40 by 60 by 14 steel buildings, I may go with a conventional wood pole building..
Any thoughts on that??? |
Steel buildings are stronger and add more value. They are easier to erect and expand. Back in the day I had my own gig putting these things up as a side job, one job was (at the time) the worlds largest Nissan Dealership.
Polebarns....meh.
Poles are set direclty in the earth. Preassure treated wood warps and shrinks. They have a Class A fire rating, lowest in the industry. Property and fire insurance is higher. Leakers for many reasons.
I can go on |
