What Motors outta what cars can go into my 87?

Subject kinda explains it, But i was wondering what v6 motors could go in my 87 camaro? Right now it has a blown 2.8l. Was looking at the 3.1's but from what cars can i take the motors out of to do a swap?

What I learned after the fact when I put in a new 3.1 V6 was that I could have swapped in a long block 3.4 V6 and used all the same accessories. I would have only had to install 3.4 fuel injectors. I have heard that the same would be true for the 2.8 to 3.4 swap.
