|
|
I decided to buy a parts car to fix several issues with my 88 IROC, and now have an 89 RS I'm parting. I dont plan to keep it here long but if you guys need anything from it let me know, parts are going cheap. Red exterior, black interior with T-tops. I already sold the 305 but still have the 700R4 and almost complete interior.
It has NAPA replacement parts: new radiator w/upper and lower hoses, new calipers/pads.
LMK if interested in anything.

| I picked up one just like it (except a T5 tranny) and I've been looking for some interior plastic pieces and whatnot. How's the headliner, visors and sail panels? Dashboard? |

Headliner is decent but needs to be re-glued. The outer fabric is starting to sag in a few areas. Visors are perfect. Sail panels, enlighten me? I've heard mention of sail panels many a time but never asked what the hell it was...
Dashboard is near perfect but does have a repaired crack in the drivers corner approx 1 3/8" long. You can barely see it but if youre looking for it, it's there.

Sail panels are the strips between the front windows and the rear hatch. Image where someone's head would be if they were sitting in the back seat.
Magman, what can you tell me about that 700R4? |

Do you have clean sheet metal? What kind of T-tops does this car have lexan or glass? _________________

izcain; Passenger front fender has a dime size dent, drivers side is munched. Hood and rear quarters are straight, as for the T-tops, drivers side is glass, passenger side is Lexan.

83Z28BlackBetty; Black plastic pieces in trunk area are in great condition. I removed all the seat belts to sell as a set, nice condition.
Xophertony; The rear seats are the black/grey combo, split bench and real nice condition. Passenger seat matches, drivers seat is trashed.

| From those pics, it looks like it has the roll-up cover for the cargo area. If it does, does it still work? |

83Z28BlackBetty; Almost a complete black interior (minus the door sill panels, hatch bolt covers, center console lid, speaker covers (sail panels)). All in nice condition... full carpet, large plastic pieces, seat belts, headliner, dash pad, steering column with new ign cyl and keys, center console.
Perfect for someone to convert theirs to black.
Also came with a set of red seat covers if anyone needs them.
Asdfga3; Cant tell you much about the 700r4, I pushed the car on to a trailer. I can tell you that the guy I bought it from said it worked great and had no issues with it. He stopped driving it due to an engine knock, it was actually his daughters. _________________ 1990 IROC-Z, 383 HSR, 3.70 9-Bolt

Twilightoptics; What the "Tool Tray"? Yeah, it's available, just cover the shipping. Why dont we just say $15.00 shipped? LMK
Al Hasse; Ahh, good eye but the roll up cover now resides in the 88. _________________ 1990 IROC-Z, 383 HSR, 3.70 9-Bolt

Xophertony; How's $40.00 for the rear seats sound?
BTW, you still want those Firebird rims I have sitting here with your name on them? If so, I can move all of it to Olympia this weekend.

i'm gonna pass on the seats. but yeah, i would still like the wheels. i'm realy not looking to spend more then $25 on rear seats, and you can get 40 for those from the right buyer. i would throw em on craigslist.
so PM me the deatails on where i can pick up the wheels. |

what are you looking to get for it? _________________

Have any of you guys received my PM's? My outbox is filling up but my sentbox is old stuff. It doesnt look like the PM feature is working for me.
