just got back from Sacramento CA. logged alot of miles.. drove from portland to Sac in on fridday, then the next day drove down to Los Banos (means "bathroom" in spanish, not making this up) to help my brother deliver a car (sold his nissan sr20DET powerd BMW) and back to Sac, then sunday i drove from Sac to Kfalls, dropped off my brother, then headed from Kfalls back to Portland. what a weekend. just got home.

car did great, almost no problems. did that random shutoff thing a couple of times, i know know it is NOT the EGR. still have to fill it with premium to avoid pinging. car seems to lack power (no v6 jokes). clutch did great, no slipping.

oh, and the car turned over to 160000 miles. yay!

he needs funds for his 4runner project. he is putting a 330HP supra engine into a 1987 four runner, converting it to solid front axle, and using mercedes-benz "unamog" axles (hub lift, just like humVs). thing is going to have 7.xx:1 differential ratio, and 2 reduction transfer cases, 20" beadlocks with 47" military grade tires. it is going to be SICK...

anyway, that is the score.
