Looking good! Now get her running well. you don't want to ruin the paint with that nasty crap out of the tail pipes.

Wow Jake - looks killer. You prepped and sprayed that yourself right? Is this the first car you have painted?

Again, that looks AWESOME. I love black. I have some park lights that would look great in those holes up front, I have a clear set and a stock set.

Thank you thank you, you are all too kind Razz Yes I did do all the prep work myself over the past few months, I'm so glad it looks good even in black! I did all the body mods myself too, like the 1992 body kit, shaved the front emblem, shaved the antennae, shaved the rear wiper and rear window sprayer.
My dad and I sprayed it in a friends back yard under a costco tarp car cover, just made sure the ground was wet to keep the dust down. My dad and I have sprayed 3 or 4 other cars before this one so we knew what we were doing, but this one was by far the most important one to get right and it turned out AMAZING!! I can't believe it but the pics don't even do it justice.
I can't wait till next weekend when I get to put the wheels back on and take it for a real photo shoot.
Al, I would love to pick up a set of those fog lights, we can work out a time and place in the near future.

~JAKE
