Scared ya didnt I!? Very Happy

Anyway, my stepmother dug up some old pics of a couple of my vehicles. Thought they were interesting. This first is of my truck back when my brother had it. This is after he took out a cop car with it, but before he totalled it again a couple months later. Cop hit the truck in the back tire and bed area, rear bumper hooked the grille and can opened that crown vic good. We had the truck on the road again 2 days later. No idea where he bent the front fender. I dont remember that being that way till the ditch later.

This next pic is the only pic I have of my 72/71 malibu. It was a 72 but had a 71 grille. Car was really sweet... till I kissed a fence with it. It was a 350/th350, cowl induction hood with working flap, working a/c, sunroof, bench seat car. Next to my 68 I really liked this car. After doing this to it, I fixed the body again and primered it. Then stole the disc brakes, wheels/tires, and a few other things for my 68. After that I sold it for $300 less then I originally paid!!! Very Happy

Was just looking for the pic of my formy ... back in 91 with Deb and I headed for prom. Not finding it right off though!

Laughing

That's awesome! I love seeing old pictures of cars/people.

It's crazy to see the formula that way and the way it is now. Nice improvement.

wow... nice dress Laughing i miss the 90s.
that formula looks way different. i like the way it has progressed.

EDIT* think i'll add some shots of what i used to roll.

first one is my old jeep. when we got this thing, NO JOKE it was 6 different colors. prior owner had rattlecanned it forest green, baby blue (fadded blue), babby pink (think baby blanket), faddded yellow, white, and red. then we paid 300$ to have it resprayed the original color. big mistake, a year later it looked like garbage.

this next one was my dads daily for a while. i am posting it beacuse i was sometimes forced to drive it. it was a 1989 dodge shaddow. inline four. it was yellow. but the nose, front right quarter, hood and right door were from a 1987 plymouth sundance, and were dark blue. there were also primer spots and black spots. my brother crashed it into a tree and that is why all the parts were needed. my dad also added a KITT light into the grill for giggles, since it was a piece of crap allready... oh and to make matters worse the plate was custom and read 1A PLAY
as in "wanna play"? i felt like an asshole everytime i was in that car. Embarassed

Now that we've opened it up to old car pics.. Here's one of my very first car. Bought it when I was 15.. this is the source of my 327 thats is still running in the 87 formy.

http://groups.msn.com/Mytrucksotherstuff/shoebox.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=26

And here are the only pics I could find of my SS. I'd just finished a fresh rattle can job for prom!

http://groups.msn.com/Mytrucksotherstuff/shoebox.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=25

One of my 80 stepside.

http://groups.msn.com/Mytrucksotherstuff/shoebox.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=2

My SS in pre-prom black n gray.

http://groups.msn.com/Mytrucksotherstuff/shoebox.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=182

My truck pre cop wreck.

http://groups.msn.com/Mytrucksotherstuff/shoebox.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=183

BTW.. anybody notice the DARE sticker on the dent in the first truck photo?? Laughing

Last 2 are of my truck after it was totalled the 2nd time.

Notice the back window.. always tie down anything you're carrying. There were 3 guys in the seat, and a cast iron intake in the back. It went through the window, over there heads, and bent the dash. After pulling the truck out of the mud, it drove home this way.

Pics wouldnt hot link. .so changed to links.

Here is my first car, an 87 acura integra. the one that will be soon to be turned to a hornet racer Smile Yes, those are dragons, made of electrical tape. I did it and entered in the hottest import section in my school carshow. I won an honorable mention. Very Happy

First car. '85 Iroc. Didn't used to be crunched!

Second rig. 1967 C10 had a 283 with a flat cam.

So I swapped in the 305 from the 85 that was totaled. Wish I still had that thing. Would be able to tow the maro to the track.

Alright, alright...........I'll get in on this:

That's the First ever car owned. 1964 Fairlane 500 4 Door Sedan. 260, 2bl, Ford-O-matic. Wasn't the orginal motor/trans in the car. Rear later got swapped for a 3.55:1 rear out of a Mustang with Equal-lock (posi). Paul has heard the "history" of this car, and so has Tony. Its too long to post here.

I had a station wagon after that. I don't have any photos on my computer of that one.

I also had a white 1963 Non-500 Fairlane 4 door. I have TONS of pictures of that, but I haven't loaded them onto photobucket yet.

Here's my other 64 4 door sedan, which I still have now:

And some of the 4th gen:

for real dude, whats with the crap masking job on those flames? you are almost as bad at painting as me. though the worst has got to be Paul (the dewey effect).

is that a beat-it-up-till-it-explodes ride or do you actualy plan on driving it for a while. or is this the one you are taking to the dunes? Shocked

you should cut out a huge wing out of ply wood and mount it on the back and get a giant coffe can and weld it to the exhaust tip and geta sticker on the front windsheild that says "honda sport" and rally the hell out of it while you have a friend video tape it.
