I have a quick question about some bodywork. The stress cracks that are common on the front facia's of our cars, what is the best way to deal with them so they don't come through my brand new paint job? Do I do my best to sand them out, and then use some sort of flexable puddy filler? or am I supposed to do something different entirely. Maybe some plastic weld?
example: this is my old one, the "new" front end isn't nearly this bad but it still has some cracks.

I had the nose of my car re-done at Auto Body Experts in Poulsbo, and they used a special primer which is supposed to keep those cracks from coming through, also supposed to prevent some of the rock chips. It's worked pretty good so far. Worth a try if they can give you that info.

I'm just starting to see it on the corners above the headlights. My nose is in pretty sorry shape though.

My Z/28 is a victim of that on the nose and bumper...

My nose also has some "low spots" right up by the 3 stripe emblem. That one's still a mystery to me.
